Sarika Bansal is an award-winning editor, writer, mentor and consultant, and most recently the editorial director at US-based travel magazine, Afar. She was the founder and editor-in-chief of BRIGHT Magazine, an award-winning digital magazine focused on solutions-oriented stories about social change. Bylines include the New York Times, Guardian, VICE, Forbes, and FastCompany. Sarika has lived on five continents, speaks four languages, and currently lives in a cottage near a forest in Nairobi.
