Joining Miyo will be Gordy Megroz, Adventure.com’s new Contributing Editor, who’ll be working on editorials and reportage that take a deeper dive into the issues facing public lands and National Parks, and the individuals working tirelessly to keep them in public hands. Working out of Colorado, Gordy has spent his career editing and contributing to outlets such as Outside, Bloomberg, GQ, Wired, the New York Times and National Geographic. He’s known for his investigative reporting, and has a long track record of covering big issues in the great outdoors.
U.S. National Parks and public lands are home to some of the most ecologically diverse and retina-bending landscapes on the planet. From the deepest desert canyon to the tallest alpine peak, and all the rugged coasts and ancient forests, these are spaces for everyone to enjoy, connect with and care for. In the midst of our joint climate and biodiversity crises, protecting these places, and giving them a voice, has never been more prescient.
We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Gordy and Miyo join the team, and we can’t wait for our readers to get stuck into the brilliant reporting and storytelling we have in the works.
